Some emotions can feel too BIG and scary 😱 to sit with, so we tend to push them down. As you can imagine, that's not healthy! The characters, Takoda and Winston, was inspired by my journey in taking control of my mental health, and finding healthy ways to express my rage and cope as a human being living on Earth.

Takoda's Story:

Takoda is a young woman who has always struggled with her BIG emotions. Driven by a desire to understand and control her emotions, she delves into the realms of ancient herbal alchemy. Winston, an 'emonster', a tangible manifestation of her rage, pops out of Takoda after an experiment gone "wrong". Join Takoda and Winston on their wild, colorful adventures, helping other humans take control of their emotions and well-being.
