Brewing Instructions - Hot or Cold

For each cup of water, begin with 2-3 tablespoons of whole leaf tea. Increase the amount for a stronger brew.

Hot Brew Method:

Prep the Tea: Moisten the tea leaves with a small amount of cool water.

Boil Water: Bring a cup of water to a rolling boil.

Combine Herbs and Water:

Add the moistened herbs to your teapot or cup.

Pour the boiling water over the herbs.

Cover immediately to retain the essential oils.

Steep: Allow the herbs to steep in the hot water for 15-20 minutes, longer for a stronger flavor.

Drink your herbal tea as it is, or sweeten as desired. 

Cold Brew Method:

Combine Herbs and Water: Place 2-3 tablespoons of tea leaves in a jar or pitcher for each cup of water. Fill with cold water.

Refrigerate: Steep in the refrigerator overnight for the best flavor.

Drink your cold-brewed tea as is or with your preferred sweetener.
